 Serving Seniors  

1. Once the volunteer has reached the address listed, where should he or she go to find the group?
To the dining room upstairs.  

2. What safety information and rules are important?
We are provided with plastic aprons and gloves for food sanitation reasons.  

3. Is there a dress code?
No dress code. Should be comfortable but respectable.  

4. What should a volunteer expect on their first day?
Take lunch trays to table, and remove afterwards. Mingling and chatting with seniors is welcomed.  

5. What advice would a regular volunteer give a newcomer?
Fund and easy project. No experience needed. Bring a smile, leave with many.

6. What makes a volunteer successful at this project?
Compassion and interest in seniors.  

7. Is there any other information the volunteer needs to know?
Metered parking if driving.
