Volunteer San Diego’s youth program, SAVY (Students Actively Volunteering for You), is pleased to offer a unique leadership and service opportunity to YOU:  SAVY Clubs

WHAT are SAVY Clubs?
SAVY Clubs are:

• leadership and service clubs for youth groups to volunteer together.
• an opportunity for students elementary through college to plan and participate in service projects as a group while developing and demonstrating leadership skills.

WHY become a SAVY Club?

IT IS FUN CHANGING THE WORLD!!! You and your friends can volunteer to make our world a better place - enjoy new friendships, learn new things and find new talents while in the process.

WHAT help does a SAVY Club receive to start volunteering?

Your club will receive help from Volunteer San Diego's great staff. In addition you will receive the SAVY Toolkit. This fabulous volunteer and leadership toolkit is FREE. You will receive:

P Access to hundreds of monthly projects to volunteer and change the world
P An online guide to help you plan a service project from start to finish

P Project planning steps – includes easy ways to fundraise, educate and reflect

P Service project ideas to create a group volunteer project – using Volunteer San Diego’s resources, learn how to make your own service project

P Leadership training and opportunities – easy and fun activities that give everyone in your group a chance to be a LEADER!
P Lists of scholarships, grants, funding sources and awards
P Track your service hours online and qualify for state and national awards
P A directory of approved organizations

2. Download and complete the form. click here
   
3. Return the complete forms to:

   OR fax to 858-492-2016
   OR complete electronically (with electronic signature) and e-mail to savy@volunteersandiego.org
   
   After receiving your application, we will e-mail you our FREE SAVY Toolkit. You’ll be ready to get started and to empower youth to make a difference in the community!
