Regional Lead:
Volunteer San Diego is the appointed Regional
Service-Learning Lead for Region 9. As
Regional Lead, we provide service-learning

National Links
Youth Service America is a resource center that
partners with thousands of organizations committed
to increasing the quality and quantity of volunteer
opportunities for young people, ages 5-25, to serve
locally, nationally, and globally.
National Youth Leadership Council -
Resource Center: Leads a movement linking youths, educators, and
communities to redefine the roles of young people in
society. That movement is service-learning, and it
empowers youths to transform themselves from
recipients of information and resources into
valuable, contributing members of a democratic
society.
National Service-Learning Exchange:
Supports high-quality service-learning in K-12,
higher education, and community-based organizations,
by providing free technical support and mentoring,
and consulting and training on a fee-for-service
basis. Our five regional centers are staffed with
knowledgeable professionals who can provide you with
one-on-one support for your service-learning
efforts.
National Service-Learning Partnership:
The
Partnership is a national network of members
dedicated to advancing service-learning as a core
part of every young person’s education and supports
members sharing resources, organizing change, and
sponsoring innovation.
National Service-Learning
Clearinghouse: The Clearinghouse maintains a
website with timely information and relevant
resources to support service-learning programs,
practitioners, and researchers. The Clearinghouse
operates
national listservs for K-12
service-learning and higher education
service-learning to encourage discussion and
exchange of ideas. The Clearinghouse also maintains
an ever-growing
library collection that is available
to Learn and Serve America grantees and sub-grantees.
