Clinton Global
Initiative University: A new program
launched by the Clinton Global Initiative gives
college students the opportunity to take action on
the issues they care about the most. Beginning
with an inaugural meeting on March 14-16 in New
Orleans, CGI U will help hundreds of students
transform their ideas into action on a number of
global challenges including human rights, climate
change, poverty, and health. There is no fee to
attend CGI U, and enrollment applications will be
accepted online through February 18, 2008. Visit

SAVY Clubs: Are you
interested in starting a SERVICE CLUB? Then
start a SAVY Club! Members of SAVY Clubs plan and
participate in service projects as a group. SAVY
Clubs receive FREE resources on how to create a
service project, service project ideas and access to
grants to fund their service projects.
Flexible Volunteer Projects: Pick a
project that fits your schedule and is close
to home. No ongoing commitment is required. Protect
the environment, feed the hungry, work with people
with disabilities, care for animals, visit with
seniors, find a special volunteer event, and more.
Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities: Get involved and make a
difference individually or with your friends, family,
school, club, or group members. Make an ongoing commitment
