Join us for the 17th Annual Hands On San Diego
September 22 - 30

Hands On San Diego is Volunteer San Diego’s annual, week-long service event, in which thousands of volunteers work together to strengthen our communities. Volunteers participate on their own or with their company, school, military, church, community and family groups. Just think of what you could do with a few people and a couple hours…

• Help a child learn to read • Paint a mural • Clean a beach • Deliver a meal to a homebound senior • Renovate a shelter • Plant a community garden • Collect clothes and food for a family in need ...There is a project for everyone!

Volunteers of all ages and abilities are welcome!

Adopt a project with your group or join us at one of our Kick-off Projects.

Participate in our Superhero Challenge. Events like these take a lot of time and supplies to complete. Support Hands On San Diego and our year-round volunteer programs by inviting family and friends to sponsor your volunteer efforts (make it a "serve-a-thon"). Can't volunteer this year? Be a virtual volunteer and sponsor others! There are many ways to give back and earn your cape!
